Suits such as this Bioelectric suit for assisted mobility has been increasing in Japan.

In the last several years they have managed to create multiple endoskeletons that react and work with the human body and what is really interesting is the suits are being developed by different companies with different target demographics. More to come on this in a future post but it does wonder if the continued reduction of pc components will begin to play more of a role in this development.
