Okay, installed the new Video Card and shorter (more attractive) SATA cables.

Glad I did too!  My Windows Experience went from 3.5 up to 6.6!  Yay computer.

The real verdict?  Minecraft is lightning fast, with everything enabled.  Yay!!!
