Download ScanFilesByDate 1.0.0.0 (includes a separate executable to only scan by Create Date)

This handy little tool I hobbled together will let you list all files in a folder/fileshare to see what files exist, depending on the creation date and modified date.

Currently, it only runs as a single-thread.  So you may want to launch multiple copies for multiple folders.  It runs about as fast as DIR and outputs the data to a CSV file.  Additionally, it does go into subfolders as well as far as required.
